Be aware of this place **They WILL CHARGE YOU EXTRA** so make sure to check your ticket and also make sure that your order is complete. They always forget to put things in the bag!!!! Like yesterday 10/25 in the morning (around 8:00am). 0 stars for the customer service!! 07/07/22 They gave us burned chicken nuggets in our happy meals(they denied to change them) And please Look the expectations vs reality MCFLURRY disgusting right? They don’t believe in good quality

It's very interesting,that the workers at McDonald's, make more money than they ever have. I walked into this store yesterday,at lunch time, I was told I had to use the kiosk to place my order, eight people behind the counter,it was awkward that no one would look me in my eye. In the end, I ask for a special order, no onions,no mustard ,burgers came back with onions and mustard. Hopefully lack of customer service doesn't put them out of business,for me I will never go back there again and I will tell all my friends and family.

This McDonald's location is really bad. It seems like the Franchise owner just doesn't care what goes on here. Most of the time the people are friendly they just seem way too overworked. There us rarely a manager on duty or at least one who will correct things. The franchise owner has to be aware of the the long wait times and the overall bad experience that people have here. We will drive further away to another location just to avoid this place

Ordered on the app, for curbside pickup - a chicken sandwich & a Mocha drink. Waited 26 min, before realizing they must have forgotten about me. So, I walk up to the entrance, but it's locked. I had to look crazy & yell to the man at the drive thru window to ask him if they could check into my order. He immediately found it & handed it to me thru the drive thru window. They need to pay more attention attention to mobile orders, or if not they shouldn't accept them. Some location won't allow curbside pickup after a certain time, only drive thru. I felt ridiculously rude having to interrupt the cars in the drivethru to walk over & yell across them. The only reason I gave more than 1 star was bc the man working the window was very nice.

The worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. Cashier sitting on his phone instead of helping customers, drive through impossibly slow, and they brought out the “no shakes at the moment” at noon (I can understand just before closing). I’ll take the drive somewhere else or go to chik fil a instead in the future.
