As slow as it was getting our food out to us threw the drive through I do realize people are busy and the line was long. Companies being short staffed effect everyone the same. Patience is needed. The crew here were friendly. Next time I will probably go inside and eat, Food most likely would have been hotter and better. Keep up the good work and stay positive and focused on customer service.

Tried the strawberry frosty at Wendy’s! It was pretty good and I was pleasantly surprised with the food too.

waited 30 minutes in the drive thru, ordered 2 10 pieces and a frosty, my one ten piece was cold and working in food i know they were too lazy to drop 10 more nuggets and wait 3 minutes for them to come out of the fryer… the other 10 piece was fine, customer service was horrible, new staff needed.

So now they have this thing where they “only” take DoorDash and Uber eats which is complete BS but this is what we as customers deal with. I would not recommend going here after 6pm. That Puerto Rican or Mexican lady at the drive thru is unprofessional too.

I ordered . Bacon double stack biggie bag & baconator fries. My double stack didn't have the bacon & they gave me a loaded bacon potato & not fries.

I went in to order my food, but they only accept pick ups and drive through. Covid restrictions have been lifted for months. This is laziness. I should be allowed to order in store.

Trash Wendys that has a constant habit of only accepting grubhub or uber eats after a certain time even if you have been waiting for a while in line (clearly a cash grab decision since it becomes overpriced if you order it that way) .. Has happened to me a few times here despite almost being open for another 2 full hours….. DONT go there after 11-11:30pm or this will happen to you.. No regard for customers at all…
