Sonic Drive-in

Usually good and was very good tonight. Sometimes in the past when ordering here in the middle of the afternoon we've received food that had been previously cooked and had gotten old/hard/dry....Other than that no complaints and friendly staff. During peak hours food is always great an fresh! Love the shakes here too.

Sonic was out of what I really wanted. Need to do maintenance to their speakers. Employee said they couldn't hear me when I was almost yelling. Order was all messed up. Wasn't worth the hassle of trying to get it corrected. Just cut my losses and went home. Not the first time to have these issues but I will be the last.

I honestly think the management is the blame here but they’re constantly out of something every time we order. The services unfortunately super super slow and almost on every occasion they get something wrong on your order. Would love to be able to take this review down if they get these problems fixed but until then.

9:40 pm on Friday April 8, 2022, at stall #3. Placed my order for a #5 then the guy beside me at stall #5 placed his order. Come across my screen that my order was on it's way. Literally sit there for 20 minutes with no car hop delivering my food, but the guy at stall #5 received his order. Still set the 10 more minutes still no food. The car that pulled into stall #1 finally got fed up and left. I called numerous times on phone and pressed RED button with no response what so ever. Apparently they didn't need my business nor the others that I saw pull away without their order being taken or food bring delivered. Service us getting real hard to get anywhere.

If sonic close at 12am on a Saturday, why are you all cleaning the ice cream machine before 9:30pm? I ordered online, and after sitting for nearly 20 minutes I was told that they will refund my money and it will take 5 to 7 business days. No ma'am, did it take that long for you to receive your payment? So why should I be upset? You took my money and had the audacity to come 20 minutes later to tell me on your most busy night that yall cleaning the machine.
