If I could give this place ZERO stars I would! I ordered the bacon cheeseburger toaster and the toast was BLACK! You could smell it as soon I started to open the foil wrapper it comes in. I emailed the customer service line and they offered me 2 free cheeseburgers with a purchase of another item. This place is a joke from the restaurant to customer service.

I really like Sonic burgers. So I stopped in and got me one. The burger was tasty as usual and I got some fries and a drink. I enjoyed my lunch, even though prices have gone up a little bit.

Service is terrible. I placed an order at window. I was given food other than what I ordered. I told the female it was wrong she refused to correct the order or refund it. The worker threw the food on the ground & called the police because I wanted a refund & remained at the window. I was told by police that this restaurant has lots of problems with customers. Check your order if it's wrong & you ask for a refund expect police to show. Workers Attitudes is terrible.

We got a diet cherry limeade and tater tots. The tots were delicious and hot, but the limeade was not as good as it used to be. There were no cherries or limes in it. There used to be, and it was very good in the past. This one was a disappointment 😥

The pretzel tw8sts with cheese are AMAZING. Aunt Annie's have nothing on these. The lines are sometimes long, but they work through them quickly and my food I'd always hot and fresh. Love this place! Highly recommend, especially for picky eaters

I have to say in general I absolutely love Sonic but because they are so understaffed the service is so slow I was seriously in the Drive-Thru for 25 minutes. And that is absolutely ridiculous. And because of covid that's the only thing you can do is the drive-thru window which I also think is absolutely ludicrous.

The food is amazing as well as the cherry limeade. The young girl who took are order is the drive thru was very rude and professional. Wish I had a number to call, the way she spoke to us was uncalled for.

Unprofessional staff. They don’t make sure you’re order is correct. Asked the cashier to read the order back and she gave us the receipt to read it ourselves. Gave us cold tater tots. Their bread wasn’t fresh The staff was on their phone, and horse playing near the exit. This place at least needs decent management.
