Chipotle Mexican Grill

I placed a $30 order online so I wouldn’t have to walk in and order the food. In the past I never felt the need to check my food before I left the building but I definitely regret not doing that this time around. The food was very cold. Almost like it was pulled out of a refrigerator. I ordered a chicken bowl, tacos and salad. Everything was cold including the taco shells. Mind you I live 10 mins away from this location so I was not late picking the food up. The chicken in my bowl was very burnt. All I could taste was charcoal. I also asked for extra corn and was still given one scoop. I always get the mild salsa as well but I literally only seen like 4 squares of the tomato. Very disappointed in the quality of the food. I definitely will not return if I can’t receive what I pay for!

This is the worst chipotle I have ever been to. I payed over $30 dollars and this is what I get. A bowl with literally A half of scoop of rice and burnt chicken. My burrito was also was very small and I didn’t get any queso with my order. Waste of money and will never be going to this location again.

Ordered a bowl with double protein and got a pretty empty bowl as a result. You can see from the picture the single fajita vegetable that was included. We’ve had better experiences here in the past but in the last few months it has been getting worse. What’s perplexing is that on this bowl there were almost no rice or beans which are both inexpensive and non-perishable so those don’t seem to be the primary cost drivers.

Chipotle was a good place at one point. Lately it’s been nothing but disappointment. At this location and all other locations. Food isn’t all that great . You get lesser and lesser food every time. The workers look like they don’t want to be there , and you still have to pay close to 15 bucks a meal ! I used to recommend chipotle to everyone, I’m not going there anymore myself or recommend this restaurant to anyone. As a matter of fact if someone mentions chipotle I will make sure to let them know about my bad experiences . Sorry chipotle you went from a 5 star fast food place to a zero star never to go to food place . 👎👎
