I love these ladies! Just not having a good day. When asked if I wanted whipped cream on my drink (I'm supposed to say no due to diet), I said yes as much as I can get! See the picture below. This brightened my day. I really appreciate the effort. Sandwich was great as usual.

Drive thru is super slow, but that's because brookfield housewives order $500 worth of food when they should really go inside and let the rest of us get our black coffee and get to work.
The new rebuild is super nice inside. I like coming here to work. I hate coffee house music though. Makes me want to kill myself. But the jalapeno cheddar bagel makes me want to live.

Absolutely flabbergasted that the lobby is not open. Would have been my first time trying Einstein Bagels but I was co fused with their order ahead sign and tried to call only to then have a prerecorded message tell me to email… Nope you just lost a customer!

Online order ready promptly and mobile ordering area clearly marked. Store was clean. Food and drinks are delicious and made as ordered.

Treated gruffly repeatedly. No napkins given in the bag. Doors locked after orders placed when we wanted to get napkins for reasons unknown...? Honestly food is yummy...service is terrible. It's disappointing. Hope it improves.

Customer service rule #1, don’t talk poorly about customers until they’ve left. I asked if they happened to have oat milk to which she didn’t seem to know what I was talking about, which was fine and I didn’t change my order. When I pulled up to the window I can hear her mocking me about the oat milk. Very disappointed. Didn’t even ask me if I wanted dark, milk or white choc either. Will never be back.
