I paid over $16 for a Luke warm bacon burger that was missing the bacon and super soggy fries. It took over ten minutes to get my food. They didn’t drop the fries until after the burger was done so it sat on the counter getting cold. The fries may have been fresh and hot but they were super soggy. Way over priced for poor quality

This is easily the worst 5 guys in the Midwest. Never have I had cold fries from a Five guys location and the cup wasn't even full. The Delafield location is 100 times better

Food was pretty good, but its the prices that are way out of line. Crazy expensive for what it is. I think it costs twice what it should. Not coming back because of that. While waiting, three couples walked in, saw the prices, walked right back out.

Craving a good burger. Got A great burger and AMAZING service with Brandon. He might just have been better than the burger! He was so full of enthusiasm and happiness that it made my whole day. When my meat patty was done it sat on the bun for 5 mins before the worker put my hamburger together. The frys was sitting out and when I got to the car to eat my food less then 4 mins . Everything was cold . The guy that was on the grill moved to the register and he needed help so the guy that was making my burger left to help him and that is how my food got cold . It would have been nice to have him think about keeping the food hot and then helping out . There was no line at the register.

Honestly overpriced for what you get. Especially considering you could spend less for more at Kopps. I likely wouldn't return based on the value for my money. My kids wanted to try it, so they can mark it off their list.

Always a great place for excellent burgers and dogs. My son loves the double bacon cheeseburger. My personal favorite is the bacon cheese dogs. Staff is hard working, dedicated and work hard to make hot delicious food. The french fries are plentiful and when you order fries, they give you enough to satisfy the biggest of hungers!
