Bought pretzels from this place 3 times in one week this year. Honestly it’s disappointing. The pretzels aren’t baked all the way and you can taste the raw dough. The way I see it, there’s more pretzels being made than the quality of the pretzel. That’s how you know it’s bad. It has to be quality over quantity.
If you want better, tasting pretzels and don’t mind the drive. Go to Auntie Anne’s at south ridge mall.

Staff is not customer service friendly. While I was talking, she gave me a, “hold on finger”, then walked in the back for about three minutes. No communication at all. Staff seemed overworked or upset about being at work.

Employees were really nice. I went there on Wednesday evening while waiting for my work to get done. I was really tired and bored and just needed something light and refreshing. There was a girl who helped me with choosing the right drink and I must say she saved my day.

They have horrible customer service!! We ordered the original pretzel nuggets and they were LOADED with salt! We tried eating them but it tasted like chlorine from a pool. Then, we went up to go get new ones with no salt on them and that’s where the horrible service played in. They were being really crabby when we asked for new ones and NEVER gave us them. Ended up throwing them away... waste of 8 dollars.

Pretzel was fine. However, employees need to be wearing gloves as hands did not look clean and fingernails dirty. Did not directly touch my food. . Hopefully.

Awful experience!! If I could rate it zero stars I would!! I asked if I could get a hot dog pretzel and they said no we can’t make that. 😡 it was 5:00 they closed at 6????? So why couldn’t they make it? Get some new employees.

I don't typically prefer pretzels but I love Auntie Anne's cinnamon and sugar pretzel. Their lemonade is also quite satisfying.
