My husband ordered pizza this morning and it was so good we decided to do it again for dinner. Never doing dominos again!
Placed an order for carryout and my car broke down. I called and got the BEST customer service I have had in a good while. Spoke with Caprice, who was polite, sympathetic, had a great attitude (and was even cheerful at 11pm!) She immediately arranged for my order to be delivered swiftly, and personally confirmed it was sent out correctly. Our wangz/pizza dinner box and dessert were fresh and delicious. I connected with the supervisor on site to let her know how pleased I was with everything. Great food and service :)
I had a slight issue with my order and it was resolved immediately by the Manager Emily who was extremely busy. She didn't skip a beat and was on top of everything.
I AM FREQUENT CUSTOMER ALREADY MY SON LOVES THE WINGS SO I ORDER ALL THE TIME AND TO GET THERE AND THEY GREED YOU BY NAME AND WITH A SMILE THATS A PLUS THEY ALWAYS HAPPY AND ON POINT.

The employee who attended to me was very friendly and engaging. The employee or should I say the manager I think she was the manager. The employee sougth to have a funny, friendly conversation with me and which I found to be good customer relationships building. I have been to many restaurants in NYC who lack or refuse to Engage the customers simply because they hate their job or are have a sh***y character. I have been to this particular branch several t8me prior to this visit and I found it the employee had a sh***y persona. But this employee was wonderful.
