Little neighborhood place, very fresh food, friendly, courteous staff, and a good price point. We've gone twice, both times were great experiences. I like that it's small...it feels like a hidden gem for locals, and hopefully our next visit is just as nice.
Mama Puebla is a local Mexican restaurant in the Bronx on Tremont with a rustic vibe. Order a couple mojitos with their friendly staffs while enjoying great Spanish music and browsing through their gigantic menu. There’s no bread here but delicious salsa and chips while you wait for your food. Drink
Excellent customer service. The food was fresh and came fast. The guacamole was a nice size and so creamy. We had enchiladas verdes con pollo and a chicken burrito. And they were both delicious as well as the guacamole. My new favorite Mexican food spot!
Me and and family came here in national taco day and i had shrimp tacos and they there very good. It was my first time here. My wife had beef tacos and also good. The service was great. The Waiter was nice and polite. To me it was pricey but I would come back

Had lunch at Mama Puebla on Tuesday. It was empty when we got there . The food was awesome as usual . Loved the fish tacos- it’s my favorite, the sweet plantains were at the perfect ripeness and the guac is always fresh and delicious. Service was great as well, prompt and courteous
Restaurant was recommended by a friend. I was not disappointed. Shrimp Tacos were delicious. Pork tacos were good. I will be back soon to try the guacamole. Place is small but staff was friendly.
