Super tasty food! My first time trying Ghanaian food, got good recommendations a really friendly owner. We got fufu with goat, and spinach with fish and rice. Would go again! And bring more people next time!
Best Ghanaian food in the area. This location is way better than the restaurant on white plains road. It is larger and the food is better. My favorite is the spinach soup. I don’t advise getting pounded yam to go w it because you received a very small serving. Food is reasonably priced.
This was my first experience trying African food with my husband, we are Hispanic, wanted to step out of our comfort zone. So we had fufu and soup with spinach, greeted by this young lady who was so full of love and life. We told her that we had never tried African food and she went on a taste test
I don’t know why this place has some bad reviews, but the service here was great to be honest. You seat yourself. On the main floor or downstairs which they have a bar and feels more private. Food is fresh and flavorful! Their portions are the African portions! Hefty and Filling as you should expect. The light soup is my favorite, the pepper in that will clear your cold

My 6 yr old and I LOVEEEE this place! mama g is a wonderful soul and her staff is just as wonderful. We come here at least twice a week to try different authentic dishes, which NEVER DISAPPOINTS MY 6yr old.
Authentic African food all round with their various African drinks that will take you back home. Very affordable with generous quantities. Excellent service in a calm laid back atmosphere. Music that takes you back home reminiscent of the good old days.
It was my first time trying African food and they allowed me to try before I bought it. The jollof rice it was so good. Perfect blend of spice and flavor.I also had fish soup omg mouth watering. I was visit from Florida. I can't wait to try it again.
The best in bronx. Food is good. But when you make sure that the Nigerian girl gives you meat from the stew and not soup. I orderd waakye and beef she gave me meat from the soup. My food was wasted.
