I don’t like to give bad reviews. But there are to employees in the afternoon now: I bought coffee 2 times this week and is horrible. I love my early shift time best coffee ever and service. please make a change for the afternoon. I have 13 years buying from here.Thank you!

The woman in the morning shift. Friendly, makes a amazing Carmel macchiato and such a great energy! Makes me want to travel out my way just to come here! Give her lots of tips and extra hours

I love the medium Iced Chai Latte w/ whipped cream and caramel drizzle.. This drink is so darn delicious y'all! You can enjoy it at night in the morning or lunchtime.. Plus, they never get this order wrong and they're very efficient with orders to make sure you get exactly what you're paying for.

My wife and I go every night to this location to get an iced coffee and we honestly keep coming back for Hafiz. We always order a med French vanilla iced coffee and he makes it perfect every time. After sometime he memorized our order and we didn't even have to ask. It's been months since we moved here and he is consistent. Unlike the rest of the team which seem to not want to provide the same level of service as him. We go to many dunkin stores across the city and quite frankly don't receive the same level of service as Hafiz. He recently recommended the coconut cream and we are hooked now. Thank you Hafiz your awesome and deserve recognition! You ease the frustration of an iced coffee possibly not done correctly. Seamless experience- no worries.
