Without doubt the best mofongo I've had in the states. Every time I hear about a good Puerto Rican place I like to try the mofongo. I'm usually disappointed, but certainly not here. My wife had "biftec empanado" and she was shocked of how good it was. Great job!

Awesome café serving Caribbean favorites from Puerto Rico and Dominican Republic. Vegetarian and Vegan friendly just ask. Mangú was perfect. Tres Golpes for brunch always hits the spot. Very friendly, highly recommend!!

Was thrilled to discover Calientito when I moved to SoBro. Breakfast all day and authentic Puerto Rico inspired dishes. Great folks running the place - and great vibe for when you feel like eating there - and they offer delivery when you don't. And I heard they now also offer beer and wine!
So great to have a cozy spot in the 'hood for catching up with friends - and getting my breakfast on the go!

i had the most wholesome chicken soup that was just like my mother's! if you want a nice, healthy, old - fashioned chicken soup with real chicken, make sure you check this place out!

You want to talk about locally owned, and local lovin?? This is the place! Delicious food plates, made warm like they're coming from your mom's kitchen. And the fresh fruit juices are delicious (my favorite is Parcha). The owners and staff are equally warm and attentive; it's always lovely stopping by to pick up even a quick coffee before work.

I've eaten here a handful of times, and everything I've ordered has been delicious. The highlight was probably the sancocho which they serve on Wednesdays, but really, it's all great.
I'm not sure that I've been to a friendlier restaurant anywhere in New York, either.

The food here is absolutely delicious reminds me of authentic food from Puerto Rico...They offer breakfast all day and I love that. Very elegant place with Art from the Island. Friendly staff and reasonably priced delicious food.
They even had electric outlets behind the seating for easy charging. I mean are you serious? This is amazing.
Healthy plates BIG on flavor. The best.
