I truly dislike medical facilities, but this was an unexpectedly wonderful experience. I was able to register online prior to the appointment, scanning all the required documentation. Wait time was less than 10 minutes. Everyone was professional, and the technicians were polite and pleasant. Also want to take a moment to give a special shout out to "Angie" who took the time to explain an option for early detection - kudos to you, Angie! Overall great experience!
I was seen on time and went in on time also for my MRI. The young lady, whose name unfortunately I neglected to obtain, was both efficient and pleasant and the MRI passed with no problems.
I have no desire to return to LHR but NOT
for any fault of them. Frankly I hope not to need any of the tests again!

Was the highlight of my day !!! The staff was not just super friendly but they all was very skilled good looking kind and attentive to me. An experience that I haven’t had before in my health issues.

Everyone was super friendly. I was actually quite shocked. In a good way. Most surprisingly was that I was 20 minutes late and tried to quickly sign in and have a seat without being noticed. A couple of minutes later I was called and the receptionist said I was 20 minutes late. Uh oh 😳 😬 !!! She said it was a busy day but would check with the technician to see if I could still have my scheduled MRI. Have a seat she said, warmly. A couple minutes later she said I would have my scheduled MRI after all. A couple of minutes later a very nice man came out to get me and brought me to the technician who was also very nice and professional.

I would recommend this place to everyone. I felt welcomed and safe cause they knew what they were doing. The techs in the back area spoke with me about my anxieties of going into the machine. I thank them both very much for their caring hearts.
Wheather you have an appointment or not you sign your name n and you will be called shortly. The family was cleaned and organized. They take X-Rays as an walk-in but certain so I graphic test you need to book an appointment. You can do so online by visiting their site. The front desk girls were pretty helpful and interactive with the patients and visitors. Waiting wasn’t too long approximately 10-15 minutes. They also have a parking lot where you can park for free. Overall good experience and recommended.
Good place! The waiting time is ok, they call patients almost right away when you come in. The place is comfortable, clean space, clean bathrooms. The technicians have been very empathic and considerate with me on different situations and tests I have been dealing with. I don't have complaints about this place. Recommend it to everyone.
I Like the place very clean beautiful ,love picture frames, Friendly's, respectful. Even I got lost but go there on time. I feel happy and very comfortable . They explain very well what the test was for. What will happen so I did not get scare at all. I was very calm and peaceful. They did the test I was fine. I didn't get bord because I was playing with my phone.They are very nice and careful. Sorry that I didn't remember their names. I feel very relax talking to them thank you to all. .
The staff was very nice. My check in experience was fast and pleasant. The wait wasn’t too bad but the staff kept me updated on the wait. So I didn’t mind it.

They are busy and heavily booked. But I was pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness of the staff, and the competence and understanding of the technician Esther.
My story: I needed special screening for the MRI because of metal objects in my chest after open heart surgery. Their agent Alexis on phone cleared me for the MRI with notes for the technician. Though heavily booked, she got me a timely appointment. I also needed an X-ray, and Alexis said, while there were no openings for this I can try for one at the reception on a walk- in basis. But no such luck as they were overbooked.
Esther the imaging expert called me in, and then was thorough and knowledgeable for my MRI. On learning I needed an X-Ray she went out of her way to fit me in between scheduled appointments. The technician running the X-Ray unit and Esther took extra pains to understand what my doctor was looking for, and now I'm set for my next doctor visit.
In sum, I found this place to be well run, with decent equipment and facilities, and most importantly, very helpful staff like Esther who went out of her way and saved me an extra trip!
Service was quick. The two young ladies I interacted with, one at the front desk and my radiologist were pleasurable. I encouraged her to remain polite as she is.
Everyone was professional. The place was clean. I arrived at the time they requested me to arrive. I even completed the questionnaire online prior to the appointment to help speed the process. What I didn’t appreciate was that they did not call my name until close to 2 hours later. They need to either improve their timing system or don’t overbook.
The place is so clean and nice, The staff was very friendly. I got called exactly at my appointment time. I did arrive early but the whole process was pretty fast. The tech was friendly and kind, she helped me stay calm and relaxed throughout the MRI . She asked me if I was doing ok and told me i was doing great and also notified me when it was almost done.
I highly recommend this place.

This was my first time being seen at this location. My insurance company recommend it. I had an appointment at 11:15 for an X-ray. I was called quickly. The technician that did the x-ray, was very kind and very professional. I also appreciate how clean the office is. Again, this was my first time being seen at the Lenox Hill Radiology in Parkchester. I only hope they will continue to be as clean, professional and prompt. I do hope my experience be just as good in the future because i will be going again and do recommend this location. I cannot confirm for anything other than an X-ray , cleanliness and how quick my first experience was. I will continue to provide updates on my experience's which, i hope will be just as pleasant!
The Supervisor was extremely helpful at my appointment went above and beyond to assist me when front desk staff wasn’t attentive to my appointment needs but grateful for the other staff members whom where helpful and extremely professional Attentive to me and very accommodating ! Thank you staff was a great experience!
Overall my experience was great.
Upon check-in I was greeted by Chelsea whose attitude wasn’t too pleasing. Also while assisting me, she held a conversation with Jacob. I wasn’t the happiest about my convo with its Chelsea so I sat down and when I saw Chelsea leave I asked JACOB for her name. Jacob replied, “ I don’t know her name, I’m just filling in for today”. I laughed and asked another employee for both names.
Everyone was super helpful to my mom! From the receptionist to the technician
My mom did not speak good English and she felt she was in good hands and the team there did all they can to assist her! Keep doing the good work
