We had our girls 5th birthday there this pat weekend. The staff was amazing and took care of anything we needed. All of the kids had a blast & were full of pizza/cake/ice cream when they left. Definitely recommend for parties!!

This place is amusing for kids.... Even if you are 50 year old guy, you will be kid if you go there. It’s really a fun place.
Great for Birthday Party, Great for family party. Great place to hanging outs with family and kids. They have lot's of activities but a little bit expensive.
Foods are not so good, But Other thing is great.
Not crowded, machine work, the even got a trampoline. Good place for kids to have fun and parents to relax 😌
Good afternoon, I just wanted to share my experience at Chuck E Cheese Gun Hill in the Bronx, NY.
Yesterday I hosted a birthday party for my three old. My party host’s name was Tyler. Tyler was the most accommodating and helpful party host. He had such great energy and really ensured everything flowed smoothly. I appreciated his service so much that I hope there is some incentive to honor employees like him!
This Chuck E. Cheese on Gun Hill Rd is really nice. The staff is attentive and helpful. They renovated the place. They even have a new trampoline area, more games, an animated dance floor with a huge wall tv. It's really clean too. My children had a great time. They didn't want to leave.
Tyler made our experience amazing!!!! He was the best party host ever. Very kind, attentive, and warm. He made the experience memorable.
It’s a safe and clean business to take your children. I brought my nephew here and of course people and even Children have gotten use to the rhythm of COVID and social distancing. My last visit here it wasn’t too packed and honestly I could say it’s very decent. You can tell that this Chuck E Cheese was under good management. The floors, bathrooms, dinning tables, doors, games were all clean. I would recommend to go here if you are looking for a calm atmosphere with your child. If you don’t want to see an angry mob of angry children throwing tantrums and crying .. this is the place to go. You won’t see the craziness you’ll see at a the play place in McDonald’s. I recommend to go here! 👍🏼
It was alot of changes I took my 2yr old granddaughter so I had her in the kiddie section there were couple of little cars she liked going on out of order she wasn't happy with that also food prices went up now u have to get ur food when ready they no longer bring it to u,also now game points go straight to the game card there's no longer tickets n that's great I wish they would've told me that when I bought the card cause when my granddaughter finish playing I was looking for the tickets I had to ask I felt stupid I thought the machine wasn't working lol other then that my baby had a good time
Had a better time than expected, 10 stars, it's $25 per hour for unlimited game play, and we bought food combo, pizza was freshly baked and we love that we could refill our drinks even though we were having too much fun to care, the staff is very courteous, and a young man pushed around cotton candy on a cart, it was yummy, for only $3.. the family enjoyed it. We got free lollipop for the kids and they enjoyed meeting Chuck. THIS LOCATION IS VERY ACCESSIBLE.
Had a fun time and the kids loved it. Great place for kids bday parties. They provide their own cake if you need it. Also, gotta love the unlimited refills!
My son celebrates his 16 birthday there with some school friends. They all had a great time. Yes, you read that correctly
