5 Stars 🌟Amazing customer service I ordered through Burger King website, I was a little bit skeptical about it since most of the time I order through a thirt party or walk-in. I decided to do it; I order 4 Cheeseburgers, 10 pieces chicken tender, 5 medium French fries, 1 medium Onion Rings with zesty sauce and 4 small Soft sorf after I placed an order like almost 30 min pass and my phone ran I didn't recognized the number and I answered and for my surprise it was the manager from Burger King to inform me that the ice cream machine wasn't working and they didn't have Onion Rings but she can offer me 4 Hershey's pies and instead of the Onion rings another Fries and of course I was pleased with her called. I ask her if can get refunded she answered "no" if I want to get a refund I have to call directly to BK customer service; I was like let take her offer ( at first I misunderstood, I thought you was offering me Apple pies and I told her we don't eat apple pies, can we get Hershey's pies instead and she was yes that what I said before lol). I also asked for Milkshake and she said it is the same machine. I'm very thankful for her to called me and provided me with other choices, she was very helpful/professional another thing is because they didn't have Onion Rings, I still wanted the Zesty sauce and I told if she can send me some and put 6 I mean I'm speechless because no Fast food restaurant calls at least on my personal experience

Cleanliness was 2 1/2 stars: the trash cans were overflowing and the tables needed to be cleaned. The restroom's we're both out of order☹️🙁🫤

decent burger king workers, plenty of spacious room, chairs, good burger, french fries (no salt), located near the subway station, Train# 6 Pelham Bay park, and many buses stops for flushing Queens, orchard beach , city island, Bay Plaza, Mall, Coop City, and New Rochelle, Westchester

Clean and fast service. Food was fresh
