Poor Delivery Person interaction. Delivery person was rude and complained about coming up and got an attitude for the amount of the tip provided. Tips are optional and be grateful. This makes me want to avoid future purchases from here after buying from here for over 3 years.
Food was acceptable.
Decided to give it another go. Much better. Communication about order progress should be consistent if grub hub tracker is inaccurate. Good pizza.
Alright let me just say that Villa Pizza is my FAVORITE Grub Hub delivery place. I've ordered from them over 20 times and if I could I'd probably order from them every week. The food is great quality and always fresh, even the salads. The price point is excellent and delivery is fast and the person is always super friendly. They have even called me to ensure that the delivery time I requested once was right. My favorite is the Margherita personal pizza and the Greek Salad. Legit, delicious.
Owner operated, small, small place but prices aren't bad and the food is good. They have this one sandwich with balsamic that's really good. Everything comes out of the ovens.
The food is very good i give the food an 8 from 1 to 10 but they really have to work on their customer service the guy had a bad attitude on the phone just because i asked what kind of sodas they had. He was so obviously annoyed with the fact that i didnt have my soda chosen yet he was very rude. Everyone gets irritated at work but your not suppose to let your client or customer notice.
So, aside from the order taking an hour and a half (they are busy friday night), and the delivery person going to the wrong address (around the corner from me and actually a common mistake with the street I live on), I have to say I will order again! The delay, I called and they told me they are super busy and at this point I know I could have made a snide comment and it would have gone downhill, person on the phone sounded stressed, but I simply said with a smile "Hey, as long as you make that food nice and fresh and good, it's ok if you are delayed". The guy seemed relieved and thanked me for understanding. The food: The chicken marsala was actually very good! I have had it at upscale restaurants and this pizza shop version could give them a good run for their money! The penne a la vodka and grilled chicken was also good and the salad was fresh and even the tomatoes which many times are tasteless in salads I order out, were red and flavorful! Hope they keep up the good work!

Good pizza but limited seating. Doors make up the whole store front and in good weather the breeze feels good
Best pizza in area. Better than the one on Bedford Park that had a C grade and hid it from customer view.
I love the prices and the Pizza of this restaurant. Would recommend ordering here.
