Excellent customer service. I just didn't like that the tables weren't clean. The windows look like they haven't been cleaned in a while and the place was dusty.

Always have a good experience there. They sometimes do messed up my orders but they always corrected it. Even if i don't really like where its located inside is clean.

Great customer service. Just don't like the door holders who except you to tip them for opening the door. Get a real job.

Love that you have them all over so whenever you feel like you need a boost of caffeine you can stop here and guess what you need. If you come in the hours that are less busy you’re going to get whatever you need in less than five minutes.

This Dunkin' location is a great one. Close to transportation, and overall well maintained. Clean atmosphere, fresh products, and delicious hot coffee makes this my #1 location. After every order, you can see workers immediately wipe down the area they worked in. This is the way a food establishment should be maintained. I never had a bad experience at this location. I wish I could give them 10 stars!

Got my order wrong. And they are super slow. But my coffee was fresh and the bagel was done so perfectly i wanted to get another one. So what they lack in customer service they make up in the quality of the products they are serving.

I love this location. Not only is the location conveniently located by many buses, it's also great at customer service. The place is always clean and the staff even remembers my order!!

Very grateful to the woman behind the counter! She was smiling, pleasant and accommodating of customers needs! So much so, that she already knew the order for young woman behind me.
