I wanted to relax from the cool weather outside on my way home. So I went to New Capitol Restaurant. I ordered from here before, and I thank God that they serve breakfast dishes in the evening. So I ordered 1 French Toast Special (Scrambled Eggs, Bacon and Home Fries) and 1 Orange Juice. I ate breakfast for dinner comfortably in peace while watching television, something I haven’t done since the start of the digital age three years ago. It is wonderful how people can find new ways to connect by searching for opportunities online. I enjoyed the service, from the waiter serving me very friendly to the compassionate clerk by the entrance of the restaurant. I was about to take the glass with me by accident, but at least I was able to get the energy to go home. Thank you New Capitol!
I love this place! I’ve been going for years. The food is great and at an amazing price. The service is also quick and easy. It’s a great place to eat and sit by yourself or with company!
Great food and service. The decor could use a little upgrade, but everything was clean. Late hours make it a go-to spot.
Food was great. Price was affordable. Love the Strawberry Cheesecake. However, was unsure as to who our server was. A young gentleman started assisting us at first, even going so far as to give us our menus and take our orders. But later on in the meal a young lady started helping us and if we asked our first server for anything he would just point over at the second server. This lead to some hiccup in the service as neither one checked up on us very often, or at all really.
New Capital was great. If I'm correct we visited while we did a bus trip to Niagra Falls. It our first time there and the atmosphere was outstanding. If you get a chance to visit please do!!.
Been going there since I was about 9 years old. They still standing strong 30 years later. Awesome spot. And they open late.

The food gets done now the people who work there are amazing and wonderful and the atmosphere is a great one and pleasant I totally think this is a good place to go to have something to eat quickly and leave

Place has improved incredibly over the last few years. The prices have gone up a bit but my family and I go there a couple times a month.
