One of the Better chinese eaterys (take-out, 2small tables) Food is better than most, a little more expensive but worth the difference. Clean, "A" rating. Busy, Speaks English. Best Chinese food In Pelham bay. I won't lie, I've had better, But this is deffinitly top 5 and the best in the neighborhood. I've been living here for 23 years and tried all the Chinese restaurant around.
