The Morning workers… Mon-Fri. Them spanish girls. They need to be retrained… they dont know how to make ice coffee… so simple. All they add is water and call it a day…. Retrained or replaced them, asap.

Hands down the slowest and worst Dunkin in all of Ny
I went here as a student of Bronx community and service was bad and slow.
Stopped a few times after work and always Get the order wrong. And then get angry at you for just saying it’s not what was ordered

Very poor customer service from supposedly the manager. I say supposedly because I cannot comprehend how she is the one appointed to lead a team when she is so rude and nasty towards customers. Her unprofessionalism in customer service is just so bad that I would never go back to that location again.

The lady in the morning with blond hair is very rude and they always get the Drinks and food wrong. Machines never work either. Very pricey. Would NOT Recommend. Go in the afternoon for the nice staff

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I went to get my drink on my way to work (morning) and I was welcomed by a COMPLETELY RUDE lady who told me “we are just selling ice coffee, that’s it, not food or something else” like are you guys kidding me? You just just open 30 mins ago. But the “cashier” was ¿cleaning the oven? thing that supposed to be done the night before, but of course that must be reason why the didn’t want to sell anything else but “ICE COFFEE”. Truly disappointed of this location and employees.

Was in the area and figured I'd stop in to get my latte. On line behind 4 people. Took about seven minutes to order and an additional ten to receive drink. Very very slow. For no reason. It just seemed as if the two employees purposely moved in slow motion.

Absolutely terrible. It's 11 am and they said they aren't ready to serve food yet. Really? At 11? This has happened so consistently that I am not going to this location anymore. They also seem to have such a turn around with staff, that it doesn't even matter who is working there anymore. This location just can't keep up.

Very bad customer service they even grabbed the donuts with their bare hands in the back and did not give me the receipt I had to take it off the Machine
