Tarrytown has Coffee Labs Roaster, Bronxville has Slave to the Grind and here in Riverdale we have Buunni. Finally after years of the bland, nondescript or mass produced we have a real coffee house, a place where coffee tastes like...coffee.
Tucked behind the bus stop Buunni serves full bodied, rich tasting coffee and tea based drinks that are really worth the extra money.
This was my 1st time there and it won't be my last.

I love this place! The cold brew is really good and they use biodegradable straws that feel like plastic! I loved the upstairs seating, it was great for a day of knitting and relaxing.

Lovely coffee ☕️ shop with great coffee, located in Riverdale. Great place for reading, or doing any research work, great conversation etc. Pastries 🥮 , muffins, croissants 🥐 are available for purchase. They also sell a book 📖 ; the coffee house resistance, along with other accessories teas and mugs.

Visiting the area from out of town. Decided to stop by this lovely coffee shop for hot chocolate 4/25/19 around 9:45am. Decided to get me a delicious hummingbird cake too. The lady at the front counter who processed my payment and order was beyond lovely, welcoming, and world class. The hot chocolate and hummingbird cake were delicious! This place is definitely recommended. Looks small from the outside but there is a second floor seating area.

Chai Latte with almond milk, Garden Hummus Sandwich (got 2 they were so good), and a vegan chocolate cupcake. Heaven on a Sunday morning after a long night. Great little spot to kill some time as well.
