Were can I start? . I honestly feel like this place have the best margaritas & cocktails in the bronx! I went there to celebrate my friend’s birthday and i loved the humbleness of the servers very welcoming , they brought out the Mexican hats and sang Happy birthday to my friend with us . I had the steak ala mexicana , it was delicious!! . I highly recommend this resturant specially the cocktails they are unique and amazingly tasty. I will be returning to try some of the other plates and cocktails on the menu .

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Cocina Chente in NYC and was blown away by the entire experience! The Enchilada Verde was out of this world - the flavors were bold and well-balanced, and the portion was generous. But what really made my meal stand out was the exceptional service. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about the menu. The atmosphere was lively and fun, perfect for a night out with friends or a date. And don't even get me started on the Mezcalita - what a unique and refreshing cocktail! I highly recommend Cocina Chente to anyone looking for delicious Mexican cuisine, top-notch service, and a vibrant atmosphere. Can't wait to go back!

The food was delicious. The service and the environment was great. We celebrated a birthday and they sang Happy Birthday and put some, also they brought a Mexican cap and we had a great time.

I love this restaurant, and it is my husband’s favorite. The food, drinks, service and vibe are excellent. Great for all occasions eat/drinking solo at the bar; first date; 101st date; birthday; afterwork drinks; girls night out… indoor and outdoor seating. Sea bass; salmon; tacos; enchiladas…. All served quite elegantly. Definitely a MUST TRY.

Margaritas are delicious the service is excellent and the atmosphere is cool and chilled. Chente has outdoor and indoor seating which is always a plus. Tacos were tasty. Can’t wait for our next visit

The food we ordered was good and the servers were pretty attentive. This is a nice place to go to if you want to catch up with friends and not feel pressured to hurry up and eat. The drink menu was pretty extensive and were solidly made as well. They have indoor and outdoor seating.

Visited on a Saturday night recently. It was pretty quiet; only 3 tables occupied and I’m surprised there weren’t more people. This place is great! I ordered the Rosa colada and wow! It was so good. It was like drinking a strawberry milkshake. I also ordered the guacamole and steak fajitas. Both were so, so good. The steak was well seasoned, tender and juicy. It came with rice and beans and tortillas. All fresh and tasty. The service was quick and attentive as well. I really enjoyed my experience and can’t wait to come back!
