Today I picked up the bread from too good to go
This bakery shop is so generous and the bread are so good. I am so happy and pleased with your breads and your staff also nice and friendly .I will be your regular customer 😊 next time will be there before your close time for sure.
Moved away from NY many years ago. But today we returned to Arthur Ave and 187th, Bronx NY. Terranova you have awakened a childhood memory with your "LARD BREAD" that you call "CHICKLE"? I have not had lard bread that porky and delicious in 60 yrs! Now after returning home, I will make another trip to get as much of it as you have on hand. The other bread is also very good but the lard bread has to be hidden from me or else....

The best bread! One bit of a problem tho, some of your employees are very sweet & respectful & very welcoming. There is just one of them that it’s a bit rude & I wanted to know if she has every right to stop me from buying more than 5 packs of 7 grains bread? She quickly tells me that she can’t sell me whatever it’s left because she has to have at least 1 or 2 packs of bread in display for other customers to buy. If I’m a customer & I want to buy whatever is left is because I live pretty far. I love the bread don’t get me wrong it’s the best & I as a customer would love to buy without an employee rudely telling me that she can’t sell me whatever is left.
The best ravioli I ever had in my life!! Its been about 10 yrs and I still think about it till this day!! 💖💖💖🙏😇

First time coming here and the bread is so good. Be careful if you use the too good to go app because you will come back with so much bread that you'll have to start drinking a serious amount of prune juice to deal with the constipation that ensues.
One of the icons of Arthur Avenue, I was literally raised on Terranova Bread. In a world of gluten fear mongers, I can attest to this bakery never compromising on their ingredients. ( If you are allergic to gluten, my heart goes out to you.) They use quality flour, and are constantly monitoring production to ensure each loaf of bread is perfect. The staples here are the pane di casa round bread (unsliced so it stays fresh!) , raisin walnut loaf, and raviolis. Shop small, and support these local bakers because they MAKE this neighborhood what it is.
