The young lady that is working the front drive thru window around 11:15 today is one of my favorite ones to deal with. She smiles, looks in the bag to make sure you have all of your order and actually greates and says have a good day! Most of the others don’t say a word or if you ask them is this or that in the bag. They just say “oh, you can check” umm it’s that your job!

Food isn't always fresh and lobby could use more attention from employees cleaning it. But the employees are really nice and are right there to take your order when you walk through the door.

My fellow vacationers and locals, today is thursday july 14 2022, i went to broken bow over the weekend and ate here at McDonalds, i ordered a small fry and a ice coffee, when it was my turn to pick my order they gave a cup of literal MILK! It didnt have 1 drop of coffee, so idumped it out and just filled it with coke, although i was hesitant bcuz the soda machine was disgusting, so now it is day 5 of progressively feeling worse, first it was soar throat then came the headache, and now nausea, i definitely caught something from this dirty restaurant, bcuz it is the only place i ate the entire weekend, i would honestly avoid this place until they do a better job of cleaning

Look this location is the only one we have here in broken bow. I worked here when I was in high school. So you Texans that come here thinking you are going to get a 10 star mc Donald's you're not. Yall talk about the workers not wearing mask lol because they don't have to. Just like when I see yall walking around our wal mart with no mask. So don't come here thinking oh you need this you need that. The kids are trying in there smh..

Even though it was a little out of our way, it was worth going to this (Broken-bow) McDonald's vs Idabel's. My daughter was excited to dine in. It's nice to get back to some precovid normalcy. The staff was nice and the establishment was clean, despite them being very busy!

Only the drive-thru was open the day we were there due to Covid. The 2 lines were wrapped around the building, but moved quickly. There was some confusion once we got to the payment window, but the employee made it right.

We frequently stop at McDonald's for a Happy Meal. My grand God friend who is six love the chicken nuggets, fries, and apple slices that come in the Happy Meal. She always gets a vanilla shake to go with it. And can't wait to get home so she starts eating in the car. There's always a toy in the Happy Meal which makes her ecstatic. The Happy Meal is a good value for what you get and the happiness that it brings to a child. They recently gave us a blizzard instead of a milkshake and when I went back in to get the milkshake they offered to let us keep both. They were very friendly and understanding.

I wanted a Netherlands McFlurry because,ya know, it’s for a limited time only! But of course, they don’t have ice cream! I really wanted to try it but.... no ice cream! Other than that, great service. I did drive through so I didn’t see the inside. Very nice people.
