i just found a bone in my chicken enchilada. I’m terrified for if I had given this to my child and he could have choked on it. I think the bags of chicken should be throughly inspected. As someone who works in fast food I understand how important this is to health code… this store messes up my order almost every time I go here anyways and that will probably be the last time I go because of that bone

The food came out relatively quickly and the order was correct. This all to say, this particular store seems like they are tightening their belts In anyway possible. Soft tacos were minimal with meat and filling and all of the hot sauce on the bar was watered down.
Although it was not super hot outside, the Air Conditioning was anything but cool.

Since the pandemic they've cut back on the quality of food. It takes over 50 minutes thru the drive thru (and they don't even have the dining room open). to get your food. I thought it was supposed to be fast food?

Dirtiest, most poorly run restaurant I've ever been in. Bathrooms look and smell like they haven't been cleaned in years. Sticky, dirty tables & floors. Nothing is ever stocked. Employees will always ignore door dashers & online orders to get a better drive thru time. Extremely careless & neglectful employees. Needs to be shut down.

I went here yesterday afternoon through the drive-thru (6/14/22). The service was incredible, the food was delicious, and it was handed to me faster than it's ever been before. Also, the women at the drive thru window was kind and joyful. One of the best buenos around by far!!

Double check your drive-thru orders before leaving. Bean burrito was cold and paste like, they forgot a muchaco that was ordered, mexi-dip and chips was stale and nasty tasting, beef Bob was soggy, cold and the tortilla shell was hard and stale.

If you close at a different time did stated on Google you should let people know not just say over clothes when people pull up typical honest

Food was burnt and not edible. Beans were so overcooked they tasted like they had meat or something in them. Poor quality for 8:00 at night when they close at 11!
