Open til 1am on a Friday my A** pull in at 11:15pm and they said they were closed. Wanted food after work. Would of made food at work. But instead now I'm hungry. You have officially lost my business taco bueni good bye been a nice 29 years knowing you.

This was very pleasant visit. Enjoyed the little bar of extras. Everything was fresh and made just like we wanted. I love the taste of their food. Always the same every time and that's a plus for us.

Went through drive thru. Asked for receipt because I used corporate card. Lady told me that there machine was down said I'm welcome to wait because technical support was coming to fix it. So I was waiting. She asked me to move out of drive thru I said I need my receipt She said that's not her problem. I have never been treated so rudely.

Had to wait for a few minutes in drive thru before being greeted THEN couldn't order because they ran out of beans?! It's taco bueno...most orders require beans. Lies, poor customer service, and more disappointment. Used to be a bueno head..now I'm thankful to get a decent taco.

I LOVE Taco Bueno. We live in Bartlesville OK and have to drive to Skiatook OK (which makes the biggest Beef potato burritos around) or Tulsa OK to get Taco Bueno. PLEASE someone reopen the Taco Bueno on Bartlesville, OK. COVID shut it down but it's time to reopen it. Please! 🥺

Waited 10 minutes just to get up to place my order. Waited 10 more minutes waiting to order. Finally said hello and the fellow said “I’m busy and will be with you in a moment”. If he had said this in an apologetic tone would have been nice. But he did not. Waited another 10 minutes and finally just drove away. I will not be going back!
