Jack In The Box

I’ve been to this location twice recently once last week and once this week. Both times have been very unpleasant. First time service was good but when I got my food it wasn’t even hot just kinda room temperature. Second time around same thing different meal, Sandwich was room temperature. Service the second time was awful. Stood in line for 5 minutes before anybody acknowledged I was there. Order was took and lady walked off. When my food was prepared I asked for my cups and there was confusion, I was given cups and waited for my lids. Took another 2 minutes, and then after hoping maybe they put my straws in the bag I had to wait in line again to get straws. Will not be going back

I ordered a chicken tater late nite munchie meal. The tacos looked like they had been sitting for awhile bcuz the lettuce was dry & very wilted. I know it was late but if ur open 24hrs U should probably check food quality often or keep it made 2 order instead of premade. The fries were kinda warm but also wilty, the chicken sandwich wasn't bad.

Order using app. Got there said the were out of shake mix. Asked for refund. Claimed they didn't know how. Didn't offer substitute. Maybe the were tired but or having a bad night but they acted like I was bugging them. The burger we did get were so bad a tossed my out. I don't toss out food. It was that bad. How do you screw up Jack in the Box. This was at 1am mind you. But still. Never did get refund from app.

Would not even give 1 star, but at least 1 is required. We get to the drive thru and the employee is rushing us to order and and you can tell she hates her job and doesn't want to deal with anyone. We had no cars in front of us or behind us, so no reason to be rushing. We get to the window and give them our money and we get home and find out part of the cup had a hole in it and the soda leaked into the cup holder. Babe did a survey and reported the employee. The area manager called babe and informed him that night was that employees last night working. So, check your stuff before driving off in case you get another employee like we did.
