Paradise Donuts

The gentelman who I dealt with, (His name was Billy!) was very kind and helpful! I had a groupon, and went to the Paradise Donuts off of 101st first, not realizing that it was not accepted there. The lady at that location was so extremely rude and bitter towards me for trying to use it, that it drew a lot of attention from the other guest in the establishment to me! I was very embarressed, and very upset when I left! When I got over to the one of 81st and Garnett, Billy was so sweet, and was guinuinely happy! I never told him my experience over at the other place, and he more than made up for her rudeness! And even though they are 10 minutes from my house versus 2 minutes, I will always make the drive back to this location! Billy was able to turn just by being polite, and taking the time to make sure I was happy! And to top it off, I met two very kind guests in there as well! Very good experience!

The guy at the front desk had trouble comprehending my order. I ordered 2 dozen assorted sprinkled donuts. He put 11 in one box and 9 in another box. He flipped the box lid up which obscured my view or I would've corrected him when he stopped short of 24. He had trouble counting to 24 but he didn't have any trouble charging me for 24.
