Always a favorite with this Chick 😁
Nice variety of chicken salads, breads, sides, and desserts. Beverages my favorite is strawberry lemonade.
Delicious and fresh - the counter allowed me to have a small sample taste of a chicken salad.
They were so friendly and the eating area is clean and relaxing.

FANTASTIC! Delightful and helpful staff...immaculately clean facility. The chicken salad is a pleasant change of pace to the continuous burger diet. Surely almost anyone could find a flavor combination they'd enjoy!

The manager in BA, Bailey, needs training on professionalism. My co-workers and I love eating at a Chicken Salad Chick and we have never had a bad experience there.. until recently. She has been rude and complained twice to me about me doing curbside. Last time I was there with my coworkers, she was arguing very loudly with a customer and it was so uncomfortable, the other employee and I, couldn’t even concentrate on ordering at the counter.

The food is great. My family loves it when I bring home their chicken salad. I love the variety of flavors & that they don't all have celery (hate it!). They seem to be temporarily closed right now. I hope that doesn't last long.

This used to be one our favorite spots to go to in the evening after work. It seems like the hours have changed to closing at 7pm instead of 8pm (wasn’t on Google last time - pulled up to locked doors at 6:48pm). Tonight was different, my husband and I got there at 6:35, doors open and was immediately told they were closing at 7pm and if that meant we needed to take food to-go then that’s what we needed to do. Another couple walked in right behind and has had the same closing issues plus some, we were all also told that there is no tea past 6:30 and they wouldn’t just stop serving at 7 we would need to leave promptly at 7. We understood thinking it would work, the couple behind us were asking questions about closing (what everyone was thinking - and why no tea?). My husband and I decided to go ahead and order, they didn’t have any soup and were out of a side he wanted. Once receiving our order it was wrong anyways.
We are so disappointed in all the recent changes and hateful staff, really wish things could turn around. I suppose the only appropriate time to eat at this establishment is lunchtime since afterwards they run out of things and start closing up shop. Also 4 people/groups of people came to yank on the door handles but they were already locked 10 mins before closing. Being stared at while eating minutes before 7 isn’t pleasant either.
Side note, from a first timer….
there was a man who ordered before us who heard all the issues as well, and it was his first time there. He told us he felt rushed and didn’t know if he’d be coming back. I just feel like they’re missing out on so much business from 6:50 on (when the worker locked 2/3 doors). Not everyone can make dinner by their standards, so I wouldn’t even offer it.

I was pleasantly surprised by the restaurant and their offering. The food was reasonably priced overall, and quite tasty!
They offer a variety of ways to order a variety of chicken salad flavors. You can pair it with soups, salads, pasta sides, etc. have it on a sandwich, a scoop in a salad or by itself.
I had the Sassy Scotty chicken salad BLT sandwich on croissant with a cup of soup. It was delicious!
Served with a pickle and a small iced cookie. Definitely a new favorite

When I want a lighter more healthy option this place is the perfect place! Its warm, friendly, inviting, and the chicken salad is phenomenal. But, their grape salad side dish it most definitely my fave!

My first visit. I recommend getting the scoop of chicken, a side and a drink combo. I added an extra scoop of pimento cheese for an extra $2. I was very full and satisfied. I'm hooked.
