The staff barely speak enough English to take orders properly, and interrupt customers in the midst of their orders. I was attempting to make a simple adjustment to an order for a quarter pounder with cheese combo, and the woman taking the order through the drive thru wouldn't let me speak before she had the combo totalled and had told me to pull around. If you want real customer service, don't waste your time here.

I had placed an order on the app for my daughter to get food (she hadn't eaten all day) and didn't realize I wouldn't be able to check in to confirm the order. When I called the gentleman was SUPER helpful to find the order and make sure that she got her food. This is the only McDonald's we use in this area.

Staff is beyond rude and acts as if the customers are stupid. As a former McDonald’s manager, I know good and well what a professional manager should do at the bare minimum rather than to bark at the customer. Also, what’s the point of having staff who don’t understand a word of English perform customer service? What a waste of money this place ever was to begin with

Very nice! The guy in the drive thru this morning spoke very clear English and my order was exactly like I asked for! Not like other times. Thank you for having a good English speaker in the drive thru!

Seriously the worst. Customer service is horrible. Rarely get orders correct. Today I had to go back for chicken nuggets they forgot and the guy in the window yelled curse words at me like a child as I drove away from the window AFTER he was the rude one, acting put out, asking for my receipt and then not even looking on the right half of the receipt for the nuggets (reading skills questionable).....the receipt was folded...🤦🏽♀️ Super rude, stay away!

Doesn’t even deserve one star. We arrived at the drive thru at 11:53 PM. Asking for help over and over, no response at all, and then at 11:59 everything on the screens went black and they were closed. Working in restaurants you know that you are not allowed to do this nor is it anywhere near acceptable customer service. I had a hangry pregnant girlfriend and I could definitely have gone for a Big Mac myself. Really disappointed.

They almost always forget the sides for the kids meals. We haven’t been given apple slices in the kids meals at least 5 times. This is the first review because I was giving them chances to get it together. I’m reviewing because it just happened for the 5th time.
