Missing half of my order upon arrival. I called and told the lady who answered. I was asked to wait a second while she wrote my name down... she put the phone down and never returned. I let it stay connected for 12 minutes before I hung up. Top notch Coney Islander! Besides only sending half of my order ($40), they couldn't be bothered to include plastic ware or napkins. Kinda tough to eat tamales and chili without a spoon at the very least. Thanks for the great service.

this Coney Island is a consistently good place for me to eat. I thoroughly enjoy going every time. Sophia Kelly and Chelsea have always been great. A mistake was made one time, but Kelly made sure I got fixed and even gave me some coneys for free. The service is outstanding the food is outstanding and I love going to this coneys

I have been to this Coney Island many times and got great food. Pulled in today (mind you, it was pouring down rain) and I sat at the order menu for 5 minutes, pulled around to the window and the person working the window turned his back to me and walked away! There were NO other customers and now I know why. I asked if the order speaker was out and he said "I don't know"?!?! Really????? I told them to keep their coneys. This will soon be one of the next failed restaurants in BA and that's a shame.

I'm 56 and have eaten at Coney I-Lander my whole life all the stores are awesome EXCEPT Broken Arrow their skimpy on everything from mustard, chili, cheese & onions and the buns out of the 4 times I've eaten there have been hard.... I'll never stop eating Coney I-Lander just not in Broken Arrow!! reading the reply from other negative reviews who is Jessica and why is nothing getting done.??

Love, love, love the food. My father, uncle and I each Live in different states without Coney-I-Lander. When any one of us are visiting family in Oklahoma we always eat here at least once during the visit.

First time there, wasn't sure what to expect, staff very friendly, hot dogs much smaller than I expected. Felt too much bun for tiny hot dog. Not terrible just not for me

The coneys and tamales are excellent! Service has consistently been sketchy but consistency is good, we know what to expect when we visit. If you're looking for friendliness or a personable interaction go down a block to the Chik-fil-A. The service is super fast so they must put efficiency above making friends. The food has been consistently great. It's not healthy food by any means but it's a great place to visit for a guilty pleasure. 10 out of 10 for fast comfort food.
