Realizing KFC is NOT fast food it is a restaurant because it takes 20 minutes to cook the chicken, cooking any sooner gets complaints about soggy chicken so I'm fine with waiting for my fresh food as I would if I sat down at a steakhouse! The manager Jesi is always willing to help with patient customers and given the increased volume in the store, I find my orders really accurate! Especially for the pace of the store, I'll always eat here!

I went to the Brockport ,NY KFC the outside of this restaurant looked well maintained, the inside of this KFC was so clean that you could eat off the floor and the KFC staff that were working during lunch 11-2pm are beyond great employees that have my wife and I great service. Plus this KFC is 2 million times better than the KFC in Batavia,NY. So if you're ever in Brockport NY . Go to this KFC to eat.

Food good but the customer service is lacking the place lacks some warmth and friendliness. The atmosphere is not inviting at all cold and just awful... best use the drive thru if possible.

Always fresh food, staff is nice and the store is clean. Would've given 5 stars but sometimes they forget items for my order.

I stopped after work & they offered me a 10 piece bucket of chicken (Original and extra crispy for $5.00). I wish I knew that drive-thru guys name because I have never experienced such kindness, courtesy and professionalism as he surely was. That just made my night a whole lot better.
