Good, friendly customer service. Busy, but wait time was reasonable. Burgers and chicken nuggets were very good. French fries were fresh and hot. Great deal on biggie bags.
Spicy Nuggets are always good! They were warm and fresh. I didn't mind pulling up for 2 minutes to wait if that meant my nuggets were fresh. Michael at the window is always a pleasure.
When I go to Wendy's for lunch it's because I have a job and I'm working. So I need to get in and get out the Wendy's in brockport. I was never able to do that anytime. I stop there. So I have stopped going. The food is good. The service is horrible and the atmosphere or I should say people that work there .terrible . Only a few times if I had anybody actually talked to you. They never have any food ready. You literally have to wait for them to go into the freezer to get the burgers out of the freezer then throw them on the grill. The lions are always out into the road when you get your food. They don't even bother looking at you. They just hand you the bag and continue with whatever conversation they're having with whoever else is in the store like a co-worker. My last time there my server was so high he could barely stand. I'm done with that place.

6 hours away from home, in the Best Western Hotel, got the family with me, and the 2nd Round of the Playoffs for the NY Rangers coming on. I'm HUNGRY!!. Look at the map, what is quick, and we rarely or never get around home. Hey, a Wendy's!! 2 minutes up the road, hit the drive through, line up, but it moved right along. I got me a Dave's Double Classic and 10 piece Spicey Nuggets, Wifey got a Parmesean Chicken Ceasar Salad, kids got nugget meals. Found the staff very polite! Wasn't long waiting. Got to the room, everybody got their food, seemed happy, so I opened my Dave's Classic Double. Folks, I am 41 years old, and I have never seen fast food burgers that came out looking THIS NICE! I almost didn't want to eat it because it was put together so well!!! Veggies were fresh, just right amount of condiments, and the burgers, wow. I don't know who put that burger together, but they put some pride into their work! Thank You!
It sure wasn't one of those sad looking burgers you get elsewhere that make you have flashbacks of Michael Douglas in Falling Down.
Brockport Wendy's is always Fresh and Hot when I receive my food. No complaints here.

My youngest and I started going there on Tuesday's between 5 - 7 PM as a father son evening. This was when he was younger and the $1.99 kids meal would fill him up. (This is no longer advertised, but if you ask it may still be available.) We still go on Tuesday's but now we both do the 4 for $4 meals. When this started there was only one choice The Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger meal. This one has stayed steady and still the one I go for. At one time this came with Swiss cheese. That part I miss. However my son likes the variety and the ability to make his own choices from the eight (8) different main dishes.
The image is for the donation and get a free JR Frosty with every purchase token. And if you visit only a few times over the year it has paid for itself. Sort of a buy one get one or more free.
Hamburg had all the ketchup, pickels and onions on one side of the burger! Not too happy how it was badly slammed together!
