If you're going through the drive-thru I think you should limit the stuff that you get through the drive-thru the line is ridiculous when you go through the drive-through it's almost the length of the whole parking lot

Typical for the franchise. Grabbed a coffee and muffin on the run. Keep your eyes open, the parking lot seems a little crazier than I would have expected.

The service is generally very slow compared to Albion, depending on who is working/ managing. Food is generally right, again depending. Usually willing to correct it if it's wrong tho.

This Brockport location serves breakfast until 3 pm!! Had a great tasting, FRESHly cooked & assembled breakfast sandwich for lunch. Made perfectly & quickly at a busy lunch time rush hour. No frozen pre-made egg, FRESH Homestyle! Yummm.

I got some drinks and some of them were messed up. I called and I was unable to go back because I couldn't leave work, the district manager was there she remade all my drinks and brought them to me! What wonderful service, she went way out of her way!!!!!!!!!! Side note, I have been going to this particular Tim Hortons on and off for the better part of a year, that was the first time my drinks ever got messed up, and the fact that she did that was just amazing and so sweet.
