Petes 2 Red Hots

Used to come here when I was a kid. It still taste good, timing of the food is usually on point. Food is fresh, vending machines are broke tho. The atmosphere and cleanliness of the place is also good, inside at least. I dined inside, uncertain how the drive thru is nowadays. The staff is friendly, new folks being trained, but overall I'd still come back!

Their unprofessional!!! Every other time I come here they mess up my order. I asked for CHEESE, MAYO, HOT PEPPERS on my chicken philly and to DIP IT and they didn’t do that AT ALL. The lady who took my order said I didn’t ask for it dipped but I did I told her 3 different times to dip it, she wasn’t listening to because she didn’t want to. Those women up there act like they have a attitude problem, the only one who had good customer service skills is the older black lady with the glasses and dreads. Today was my last day eating here, I don’t have to give you guys my money and neither does my family

I've been a Pete's French fries lover since I was a little girl and I haven't been here in years we stopped here after a funeral because we all were hungry. The food was piping hot and just as delicious as I remembered. I only tasted what was ordered because I'm on a diet 🙄😅 but the food I sampled was hot, fresh, cooked perfectly and the fries were everythingggggg I was expecting. We didn't wait in line long, they had plenty of specials like I remember as well just all in all a really enjoyable fast food trip. We weren't being rushed to finish our order like most places.. We ordered 2 hot dogs and fries, a polish and fries and an Italian beef dipped with everything. I ate some fries and tasted the beef and bit one of the hot dogs they were all very good. Go there. I want to add though the traffic to get out back onto Roosevelt is horrendous 😫. Other than that perfect. My kids enjoyed their food and so did my husband I enjoyed what I sampled. I'm happy I could make a fun food memory with my family from somewhere I used to eat in my childhood and teens 😊😊.

Had the double dagwood cheeseburger meal which came w/ fries and a drink. I decided to substitute the fries for onion rings and also ordered a strawberry shake. The shake was very sweet and tasted like medicine. The onion rings were huge BUT very greasy. I had to squeeze them with napkins but they were less edible at that point. The burger was a good size but lacked flavor. The service was good and staff very friendly. Establishment was clean as well. Maybe I'll try a different meal next time.
