Pho 81

Broth is not very flavorful, but is served hot at least. In the broth, we found multiple strings of tough and unchewable outer layer of onions. This is a choking hazard. The most I can say is that they leave the whole jug of water with you so you have all the water you want. The staff was nice and friendly at least. Go to Pho TJ for true Pho experience.

I was expecting the same pho I get sound town but this place is exceptional! The broth in the pho is savory. The noodle bowls pack a lot of flavor as well as the meat in them, the flavored fish sauce is also house made. I'm critical and picky at my restaurants and this is one that sets the bar higher over others!

This place is sooooo good. The owners are legit foreign so they make amazing authentic food. They are delicious! I love the food and the people are very nice. I’ve been to a lot of Vietnamese spots and this is one of my favorites hands down. The noodle bowls are amazing. The pho is good too. Everything I’ve had from here I’ve loved including the egg rolls and wantons. 10/10

The food was awful and they used different noodles for the Pad Thai without telling us, in fact gave us something completely different Pad Thai. And when I called and asked if we could trade it for something else she said oh sorry we didn't have Pad Thai noodles right now and you already took it home. Other than that the combination noodles bowl was not that good either the noodles were over cooked and vegetables were old.

We tried Pho 81 for the first time tonight! We LOVED it. We ordered cheese wontons, fried dumplings, and 2 small rare steak pho. The fried dumplings are seriously the BEST I've ever tasted. The cheese wontons were delicious. The pho? I mean wow. That broth is very flavorful! I'm so glad I didn't read reviews before going and tried it very randomly. I had the best customer service. Mom was cooking, Daughter taking orders and waiting, and a gentleman (maybe dad?) Cleaning tables. It was a very homey feeling. The daughter made sure we were comfortable sitting in from the snow storm while we waitied for our order to go. I would definitely recommend if you have the time to wait on your meal. Definitely not a fast food joint so if you're expecting to not wait go to nasty panda express. Patience, for all good things come to those that wait. It was amazing! Thank you family at Pho 81!

Have to give this a one star review, I will not be back after today’s meal. As a family we have gone to TJ’s Pho for years and LOVE IT! Today was Sunday, so we had to move to our second option for Pho. This isn’t the first time we’ve had a substandard meal at Pho 81, but we understand you can’t judge a restaurant after one visit, everyone has off days. I ordered, pick up, Vietnamese noodle bowl with chicken, beef, shrimp ( only got one) and egg roll. The beef was not fully cooked and was mostly fat. I could not eat it. See pics, and if you like raw beef with slimy fat, you might like this.
