No one wearing their mask correctly as they prepared the food. Had to wait for fresh pizza to be made, that's ok. But then gave me one old pizza with a fresh pizza

Ordered crazy bread and just got home to realize they gave us a ball of unfinished dough.....it's all stuck together and and not fully cooked. I tired a little piece to see if it tasted alright and it's not even close to being eatable.

We pre-ordered here for my sons birthday at 3pm. We set pickup time for 6:30pm. Not only was our order not ready but, we waited for an HOUR before they had our food ready! And if that wasn't bad enough, they dropped our wings on the floor, scooped them up and tried to bring them out to us, as if we didn't see what happened!!!! Makes me wonder how many people have had to eat food from their floor just because they didn't see them drop it!?!?! Do not recommend taking the chance with this place.

I've been going here for years but for MONTHS they haven't answered the phone. Complete joke of a business practice, these employees and management are destroying what used to be an awesome store. I'd recommend taking your business to somebody who appreciates it

How can you possibly mess up a pizza. Well idk ask these people here. They always mess up my orders. When you ask them to fix it they argue and give you attitude. This little ceasers is by far one of the most ghetto ones. You get what you pay for I guess. Go somewhere else. They suck here. Including the manager with the messed up eyebrows.

Been here 8 times in 2 months. Not once did they have a single pizza ready. Please remove Hot and Ready advertising as it does not apply here.

It seemed like they changed the ingredients in the crust. It was definitely different! Our tummy got upset 😡 and hurt us throughout the evening and next day. Had diarrhea 💩💩💩 also
Maybe the employees did wash their hands... idk , but we were disappointed 😞
