Sushi Zen

Today I ordered Salmon Teriyaki Bento set, the taste is okay. I also ordered additional Sushi roll; Spicy Salmon and Tuna Roll, the taste of both spicy salmon roll and tuna roll is good. There are so many sushi rolls that I’d like to try, may be next visit, and the staff is nice. But I have one comment; I saw only 1-2 chef at the sushi bar wear mask, another 4 chefs didn’t, for hygiene in food preparation it is a must.

They have a separate menu featuring their vegetarian and vegan options, which I thought was really helpful. Make sure to ask about it, because it's not offered with the regular menu. The vegan bimbimbap was amazing, and my boyfriend said the avocado bomb appetizer was pretty damn good (Not vegan). If you want to add a little fun to your dining experience, order sake bombs.

I was here in Michigan visiting from St. Louis. My daughter and I were looking for a sushi place. One place we tried had over an hr wait time and we were unable to go. So we came across this place. The sushi was AMAZING and the waitress was so nice. They closed at 10, but we arrived at 9:30. Even though it was late and they were closing soon, we were treated as though we were the first customers of the day. The flavors were amazing. I'm so happy this is where we ended up even though it was our 2nd choice. Definitely would recommend!

I'm picky about eating sashimi, they have to be very fresh and melt in your mouths. That's reason why I come to zen sushi. Beside fresh sashimi, their sushi are super good too. Never disappointed with my order. I also love how friendly the staffs are. Remember call them before you come. They are very busy
