I am extremely disappointed in Bobarea’s We ordered three pizzas for our family last night, and we ordered one of them and with mushrooms and black olives because my mother is very allergic to pork, and we also order a pepperoni and a pepperoni sausage. Not only was our order wrong (all three pizzas had pepperoni on them), when my mother called them to tell them she couldn’t eat the dinner she just picked up because of her allergy, they didn’t offer to help her until the next day because they had already cut off the oven. Honestly, it worked out in her favor, because those of us that did eat the pizza got food poisoning from it. Two stars because I want to support local businesses but this was an awful experience and I plan on never going here again.

Usually the food and service are pretty good, but recently we ordered a pizza and explained the order which was read back correctly. When I went to pick up the order 25 minutes later, I arrived to pick up the pizza and it was not as ordered. I was asked if wanted the pizza or have them remake it and I asked them to remake it. I returned 25 minutes later and picked up my pizza as ordered, but I was charged more than normal. I am so disappointed that a regular local customer would be treated this way. It’s hard to support local business when they don’t appreciate it.
