THIS is what you get when you order from KFC Bridgewater, Ma. The service has always been terrible all 5 times I’ve been there, but this is by far the worst. As you can see in pictures below, a MONTH OLD HARD PLASTIC TAG was placed perfectly in the middle of my sandwich. Tried to call twice and each time the manager was “not available”. I do think it’s pointless to review major food chains usually, but everyone should be warned about this. DONT GO HERE unless you want to be disrespected by a bunch of teenagers with no guidance that will mess with your food.

I live in the house right next to the kfc, ordered pickup, its 7pm and the doors are locked and no one is coming out to bring my order. I have been waiting in the cold for 30 minutes. Absolutely worthless

No patience and assumes you should know their style of cooking. I will never get the spicy chicken. They fry it and pour sauce over it which wasn't good.

Spruce Pine Tire the food is pretty good but there is always an enormous line and the drive thru and inside too well either a wicked long line or it's desolate. you win some you lose some

The staff at this location are always friendly and attentive. Easy to see this restaurant from the main road. Drive through and medium to small sized parking structure.

Stopped here today on the way back from pumpkin picking. We ordered a 16 piece tenders family meal, which comes with 4 sides and costs $42, after waiting in the drive thru for 10 minutes, we drove home and found out they forgot our fries so we only ended up with 3 sides and very unhappy kids. Will never go there again!

They false advertised in bridgewater location..the tv said 8 pieces for $9 ish of tenderst I spent 30$ hummm🤔🤔🙄food was good
