Burger King

How hard is it to put all items a person orders in a bag. I even asked if everything is in the bag and the employee said yes. This is through the drive through since the inside is closed. I get home, items are missing. Now do I go and waste 40 minutes round trip to get the items they missed? Probably not as there is traffic all around this location. This is what happens when you trust the employees to put a couple items in the bag from a list on the screen. It's not rocket science!

We asked for a fish sandwich meal with just cheese and ketchup nothing else. We repeated it 3 times to the cashier and yet she fails to pay attention. My sandwich came with pickles and I am allergic to pickles. It's not just one or two placed in it, she put like 6 that gave the fish sandwich a bad taste. I had to inject myself with my epipen to control the reaction. I dont know what is the purpose of saying "You can have it your way" but never get it my way. If i would of caught a severe reaction, you would of been hearing from my attorney.

This is the absolute worst Burger King I've ever experienced. They never get the order right and are beyond horrible with customer service, you would think it was in the ghetto. Especially the black lady on sunday nights. The hours clearly state lobby is open till 10pm on google which needs to be fixed to avoid angry customers who travel out of their way after looking it up. But they also say on the doors lobby is open till 8PM so why am I being rudely refused service at 6:45pm. Y'all need to fix yourselves and your attitudes before someone tries to get you shut down.

I like BK double whopper. I like this location most. It accepts all kind of requests. It honors multiple coupons to save your bucks. It is truly a location that serves the customer best. Another location near the circle shows totally the different way. Makes this one my only choice of my neighborhood.
