Chuck E Cheese's

Had our son's birthday here. The group of 10 kids had a great time and our host Anne was awesome. She made sure each child had their own cup with name along with having them each order their own ice cream flavor. For the party, each kid had unlimited play for 2 hours and got a goodie bag. We thought it was great deal for 10 kids with pizza, ice cream, goodie bag, and game play. Plus, no clean up on our end.

I was pleasantly surprised by this place. The food was really good and the salad bar was amazing, everything there was clean, fresh, really fresh, great quality veggies on the salad bar. The games were good, and all working for the most part. The Boo-tacular was OK, even though I purchased 2 and both sons were dressed in costume, only one of my sons received the goodie bag and treats. The staff was OK, we were very thankful for the younger guy, I forgot his name, but he was SO nice and helpful, knowledgeable and he was very good at making my nervous son feel much better when we arrived and were the only ones wearing a costume at first. I actually thought he was management because he seemed to be the only one who knew anything about the Boo-tacular, he was so helpful, but he wasn't management (but he definitely deserves to be!)

The place is super clean the staff was wonderful and the pizza took like 10 minutes from when we ordered. The pizza was actually really good for a place like that. All of the games worked great and they had age appropriate games for all age ranges. We will definitely be taking the kids back for a play date.

Love bridgeville Chuck E. Cheese. My son had his 7th birthday there and the kids had a blast! Came back for Bootacular and it was still great! Great pizza, crust is delicious. Boneless wings were good too! I love how the kids can use their Chuck E. Cheese cups and get free drinks for life there. The games are fun! Another thing I love is how they do a kid check! A great family friendly environment. Definitely will recommend to friends and will be coming back occasionally!

Let me start by saying the staff was nothing but kind and generous. Oh, and the pizza was still as good as I remember as a kid. After that, things fall off of a cliff....quickly. Taking my kids for their first experience at CeC was something we were looking forward to for quite some time. The first 3 games we swiped our card on, didn't work at all. There was no mention of how the modern ticketing worked (they add the tickets to your card), so for the first 30 minutes I just thought the tickets weren't working either. Then, when it came time to cash in tickets I realized that unless my young children were Jedi's it would take them 5 years to obtain enough tickets to even get cotton candy. I understand that is how you make your money, but overall the only reason i gave 3 stars is because of the staff and the pizza nostalgia. I really would be fine never retuning to any Chuck E Cheese for the remainder of my life. So underwhelming. Even my 3 year old seemed disappointed....

Please be careful ordering food there! We had mushroom pizza on 3/05/22 at this location. 2 of 3 kids ate it. Both kids were throwing up all night... the kid who didn't eat it is alright. So it was definitely their pizza! I called them yesterday and informed about an incident they took all my information and supposed to call me back, never happened. So I Hope management will read this then. Don't forget, your customers are KIDS!!! You gotta be on top of what you serve. You get kids sick with your food.
