Walnut Grill

Probably one of the worst buffets I've ever eaten, We arrived at 12:55pm for our 1pm reservation, waited to be seated till almost 1:30pm, sat at the table for almost 15 minutes waiting on silverware at which we were told we weren't supposed to be seated because they had no silverware. Finally got the opportunity to get our food from the buffet and I'm here to tell you it was absolutely disgusting.. The eggs Benedict were bad.. I mean really bad.. the English muffin was so hard you couldn't cut it, the Canadian bacon was like rubber. Prime rib was almost raw and ice cold in the center. Sausage was overcooked, I can go on but I think you're getting the drift. The 3 of us literally took maybe 4-5 bites off our plates and when the waitress arrived we explained to her that everything was pretty bad. Instead of her getting the manager she decided to clear our plates and have another waitress bring a check for 135.00 while she stood a few feet away and waited to see our reaction. After asking the sacrificial waitress for a manager she finally arrived and we explained the situation, she offered a discount on the check and said she'd be back. Our original waitress showed up smacked the table and said you are free to go! I understand alot of places are hurting due to staff shortages and other issues but to blatantly serve over and under cooked food just to get it on the line is reckless to your business. Hopefully others didn't have the same experience but if they did I'm sure they will be sharing their experiences as well..... 0 stars do not recommend!

We made reservations and had a party of 12. Waited to 1 1/2 hours to get salads and grilled cheese sandwiches for the kids. After waiting another 30 minutes, we couldn’t wait any longer and left without eating. The manager was unapologetic and simply said “we apologize for the inconvenience but the staff is behind”. We want he’s multiple tables get up and leave because the service was so bad. From speaking with other people, this location seems to have this problem frequently. Will definitely not return again and the 11 other people I was with won’t either.

Walnut Grill is a decent place to eat. It seems like a place that older people frequent more and would like more than younger people. There's nothing really amazing about there food. However it is pretty pricey... The food is on par with like Houlahans or like a more classy Eat'N Park. They have occasional live entertainment in the restaurant as well. Again mainly targeted toward older people. Also they have outdoor dining. Plus a bar. The service is pretty good even on busy nights. I'll most likely never go back. Only because the food is somewhat expensive and not extremely flavorful. Just Okay. Good place is your favorite place is too full or closed and you wanna take a date somewhere kinda fancy.

Service was excellent! Our server Jeff was on point! Food was Meh. The pics look spectacular but the food was ok. The brussel sprouts were great! Unfortunately the Nashville fried chicken sandwich didn't look nor taste fresh. Seemed as if it sat there for a couple hours. The pork Nachos were loaded but also seemed like they were not made to order. I felt extremely disappointed in our meal. The only thing that might bring us back would be the service Jeff provided and the happy hour specials for drinks. Appetizer were also reasonably priced during this time but I fear the quality.

Waitress was friendly but messed up the check price at a table next to ours, brought out the wrong meal for my child, added a side order to my husband's food that he didn't order, brought us the wrong drinks... And then brought our check at the end that was also not correct with the price!! She tried to charge me for my side salad that was supposed to be included and charged extra for my husband's side dishes which were her mistakes! Plus she didn't clean off any dishes that were empty off of our table the entire time we were there.. The food was decent, although a little sub-par for the price, but it was mostly the service that ruined this lunch experience for us!

Here for Valentine's day dinner, and it was absolutely horrible. One of the boys ordered a walking taco, and they were out of the Doritos portion of his order. Instead of asking if he would like to change they just bring something else out. Girlfriends crabcake was ice cold in the middle. Had to flag the waitress down every time we need something. Absolutely will not be back to this place.

Hands down worst experience. Shrimp scampi and pasta Alfredo had more water than actual pasta and we found a bug in one of the salads. The meat in the walking taco tasted almost fake and wasn’t edible tasting. The fish was mushy and undercooked and only one of our dishes were decent. They comped some of our meals but likely will not be back.
