Joining the one star club. Ordered two meals, asked her if everything was in the bag, because the woman at the window took it when another member was adding food in the bag. She ignored me and gave me a thumbs up. Was missing my Big Mac and the fries were not even half way filled… expensive meal just to get a few fries and no Big Mac! AVOID this McDonald’s

Rushed my order/ added no sauce for my 20 piece nugget which they only gave me a 10 piece rushing me so fast. The receipt literally said NO Sauce when he never asked.. If you continuously say ANYTHING ELSE?? while I am still ordering your rude and shouldn't work in customer service! This was just one experience with a lunch rush but I do not feel standards should fall because of a lunch rush its FAST food 🙃 😅 YOU KNEW that rush was coming. Maybe change the guy on drive thru 🤔 🤷♀️

Usually their food is good but I got a raw burger one day last week I'm pretty sure it was an honest mistake but hopefully that doesn't happen again. Other than that their okay and the icecream machine always works.

Nice workers, well managed!!! Never a problem. Acknowledge the customer immediately upon walking in. Even though I was only picking an order up for delivery they were awesome. We want the same thing a very happy customer.

I wish I could give this location zero stars. The workers are rude and they make you feel extremely uncomfortable while ordering through the drive-through. I don’t recommend this location every time I come here for the convenience of it being close to my home I end up disappointed. Definitely going to stick to the location on 87th and Harlem. It might be a little farther but at least they aren’t rude

Nope. Never Again. The Buns where Stale. This is the 3rd time this has Happened to me. Plus I had to go back thur the Drive thur again. Cause I order 2 plain cheeseburger an they put everything on them. So they finally got that right an I get all the Way home. An on the Fish Sandwich an Big Mac. Stale buns. The Fries where reheated not Fresh!!

Frappes are ok, cookies are flavorless. I would never rate any McDonald's over 3 stars, it's not fair to actual restaurants.
