Dunkin'

I feel like I’m reading about a different location when I read the reviews for this location. I rarely have any issues with the store and the workers. They are efficient and get my order most times. The workers are always pleasant. There was one time when I was given the wrong change, less than I should’ve gotten and I suspected that it was on purpose. Other than that they are always pleasant and the orders is usually right!

Never again guys, I bought my hot chocolate on my way home to work when I drank it there was only hot water, went 2 days later to explain to them and the girl refused to give me another hot chocolate “I should’ve cameback that day” the girl said. I was tired and not driving all the way back for a mistake I didn’t make. The girls there in the afternoon are NASTY. Whatever happened to the customer is always right🤷‍♂️

I will NEVER return to this Dunkin Donuts location!!! I would give it ZERO stars if I could. I placed an order, the staff up and left the store, and they never filled my order. When I tried to call the next day to ask about it, they were rude, told me that they were located on Broad street (they were not!) and further lied to me before hanging up the phone. I have never experienced anything like this before. But I know that I will not be back to the Dunkin Donuts on 125 S. Pearl St!

Horrible dunkin donuts location! Very unprofessional. Workers are disgusting and rude. I don't usually leave comments. Only, this place (despite me nicely placing a mobile order) charged me and then closed early. The next day, they said that they couldn't find my order (that I paid for). Dunkin Donut's Corporate location found it (smile face) and refunded the unfulfilled order. I'm not from the area, but this store is truly terrible.

I'm not happy with the service I received yesterday. After leaving this establishment I realized I was given the wrong donut. I returned and sat in a long line for over 5 mintues just to be told they had ran out of their apple crumb donuts, which I understand. What I didnt like, was when I over heard one of the girls say she gave me a totally different donut because they were out, so they decided to give me a replacement. I dont like the ideal of knowing they never informed me about this, and they took it upon theirselves to give me something completely different without discussing it with me. Then I heard one of the young ladies (supervisor/crew leader) cursing regarding another situation. I though that was very distasteful of her and the work place is no where for a person to be using this type of language.
