Burger King

This location needs a lot of work. First…the hours, they advertise that they open at 6 am…they do not. In fact, your lucky if they are open if you get there at 7. It’s very frustrating because there are cars in the parking lot at 6:30. Next, they are very overwhelmed. There was one day when I pulled up to the drive thru at 4 pm and a man came on the order speaker and said, “I’m sorry I just can’t do this today, we are closed.” That aside, there is always something wrong with the food. Either the order is wrong or the food itself is not cooked very well. There are often nasty bits on the burgers, the chicken tenders are old, or the onion rings are soggy. I wish there was an alternative in this location, but there is not.

Our local area Burger King is historically slow making frequent mistakes when taking orders. I would say there's a management problem, staffing problem or both. On our most recent visit, we were charged $1.10 (for 1 slice of cheese) on each of our 3 rodeo burgers, which is a cheeseburger size burger. The normal difference between a hamburger and cheeseburger is 20 cents. Add cheese to a whopper and it's 40 cents extra. The manager could care less if there system is overcharging. In the end we overpaid for 3 slices of cheese by $2.70, and were given fries instead of the onion rings we ordered. The quality of service is disappointing at best!

Sad,so I'm hungry as a ...as the saying goes,(not vulgar) but anyway,me & my wife pull up to BK,not hardly anyone there,so I'm smiling cuz I LOVE BK.i pull 2 the mic. & wait,wait,wait, which is no n.p. cuz I'm patient,so finally I realized I should say s'thing cuz noone is front,so I said,"hello"the young lady answers,"we're understaffed so if u want to leave u can"???I replied,"I don't mind waiting so,my ? is,"do u wish to serve me cuz, I'll wait,& I'm hungry"she replied"like I said, we're understaffed".after waiting a few minutes to see what was happening I realized what I felt,she just didn't want to serve me...is this the "new norm"?boy if it is, I'm ready to go ANYWHERE ELSE,this country going down...I remember I couldn't get a job at BK when I was 17,18,(I'm 49),this is depressing.... looking @ this generation,wow....can u make BK @ home....🤔I don't think so....
