I ordered my order online and it got messed up the driver brought me the wrong food, so I took the food back to the subway turns out I was at the wrong location it ordered from the subway further away, anyway the owner of this location showed great customer service even tho he did correct me and told me I was at the wrong location he still made my order again without charging

It was late morning, bathroom and dining area was clean. I only got a sandwich, and it was good. My only complaint is them not accepting coupons that are in paper. That is every location I have been to.

Well I have to say, I visited this location before, "THE CHANGE" and it was probably the worst sandwich I ever had. I went so far as to say, "Never again, this is my last Subway sandwich.". Then the tuna story hit, boom reports of corporate fighting with franchises. Then, "THE CHANGE" was announced. However long that has been, I finally went back. I grew up on Submarine Sandwiches, and this is one of the BEST I have ever had!

Good food, slow service, had to repeat the same things over and over. The dude was unable to figure out how to ring up 3 sandwiches and make 2 the combo. Had to have help at every level, but he was trying and seemed like a great kid, customer service is the key

Clean lobby and restrooms. The bar was nice and tidy. I was greeted with a “hello” as soon as I walked in even though they were busy. Friendly and helpful staff. Sometimes they even help ya to laugh. Food was great and was given an awesome sauce suggestion. Oh and the cookies are great too. I’ve been coming here for years and won’t go to another location. I’m not sure what happened for all of these negative reviews, but I have nothing but positive comments for this place.

Pros: ordering through google is super easy! pickup is fast and people are friendly.
Cons: I paid over ten bucks for one foot-long BMT? seems pricey... also, not sure what they have against mayonnaise...but this is my 2nd order where i checked the box asking for it, but none on the sandwich when i get back to my desk. but, as they say, fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me!
