Taco Bell

We went here after a show at St. Louis Music Park because it was close to our hotel. No wait at the order board, so I asked for a sec to get four orders together. In less than a minute, we had our order ready to go. When I spoke with the young lady taking orders, the attitude was palpable. After I gave her the first combo, she asked if I was done. When I said no, the sigh was audible. After the third item, she told me to "hold on, hold on, wait a minute". After a couple of minutes she came back on and I completed the order. The attitude only got worse. When I was done, she gave me a "fine, come on". World class professionalism right here folks. The dude at the window was fine, took the money, and gave me the order. We drove the four minutes to the hotel, only to find the food cold and at least three items missing. I'm from Memphis mane. If you come at me with Memphis attitude, you better be throwing down some Memphis flavor too, not some cold Mexican in a paper sack.

Legit worst taco bell I have been too, and I am a fat dude who loves taco bell and baja blast. Gave them over a dozen chances as I work nearby and crave taco bell a ton. Not one time have they gotten an order right, been anything close to respectful when talking to them, or done anything to ensure the quality was there. I can quite literally taste that their drink machine hasn't been cleaned or serviced, nor do they ever change the syrups as I get carbonated water most times instead of Baja Blast. Staff will sigh and roll their eyes at you if you make any request for modification and have commented on my orders being expensive or something.

Pulled up at 9:20am and waited for awhile since I'm not in a hurry. Closed for more than 2 hours after you're supposed to be open is pretty disorganized. There's a sign on the order window asking for workers. Employees shouldn't have to take up the extra work because of corporate greed. Just close the location if you can't pay enough to convince people to work for you

I'd give zero stars if I could. The cashier, AMERIANNA, was rude and got our order wrong. When we nicely asked her to correct it, she caught a horrible attitude, and proceeded to give us an order of which about half was missing, with hotter sauce than what we asked for just to be aggressive. It is an incredible shame that Taco Bell employs people like this.

The absolute worst. In every way. They are almost never actually serving food when they claim to be open. Whether it be “We are only accepting online orders” or “Our drive thru is closed”. On the slim chance they actually serve you food, it’s so poorly made it’s pathetic. Just don’t waste your time. If I could give it negative stars I would.

Is there a way I can give no stars? Worst taco bell or better yet worst drive thru in all of Missouri. Every time we have been there in the last few months they refuse service! And it's clearly within business hours around 10pm. Every single time we told they arent talking orders. What's the point of being open? Then when I have tried to contact them through the website it doesnt give you an option to send the message! What's going on with this place?

This place is probably the biggest piece of garbage taco bell in the country. The employees are the worst, the closing times are never consistent, I'm literally in the drive thru right now being ignored completely despite my to go order being accepted. This person isn't going to come to the window and I will have to cancel my order.
