Dunkin'

EXTREMELY AWFUL! They are scammers I asked for 15 munchkins and only have my 5. When I literally asked them and made sure with them for 15. Took my money ofcourse and didn’t hesitate to tell me. ALSO, the employees are always rude. This Dunkin isn’t for me. Later on the other day, I found out there were rats running around at this Dunkin. EXTREMELY DISGUSTING AND DISAPPOINTED.

This lady is such a racist person she was very mean had an attitude and then laughed because I couldn't understand what she was saying because of her heavy accent she was judgmental and a horrible person wouldn't even give me her name when I asked for it do not go here and the bathrooms are very disgusting I found a crack pipe in there

I went to this DD today craving a breakfast sandwich. When I ordered and I sat down , a friend took a bite than I opened to put some salt in the eggs and I saw hair on it . I took it out(sometimes is a tiny hair in the food)that's what I trough! But NO I saw another one and another one and......... it was like someone shave it those tiny hairs and just place them at the pan so they be all sticking together to the food. The Point is . When I went to the manager very nice and quiet to show her it was hair there she denied , she gave me attitude when I was still very nice telling her look at the hair . She even call me a liar in front everyone. She call the workers to ask with a bad attitude also yelling at me asking if they see any hair on it they didn't even look at it and said It was no hair on it.. in any moment I raised my voice or gave her an attitude. I'm too pregnant to have an argue with anyone. I just asked for my money back. Even my friend was surprised for the way that lady reacted towards me. Very disrespectful and not qualified for a manager position. Also my friend got a Donut and found a hair on it after a bite. She didn't want to go back inside to get yell at and throw it away. All of you that know me for my reviews know that I don't post things like this .
